Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and use of services provided by Prof. Piru (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling your child (“student”) in our programs, parents/guardians (“you”) agree to abide by the following policies:

1. Enrollment and Registration

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of completed registration forms and full or partial payment as per agreed plan.
  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seats in live classes.
  • We reserve the right to deny enrollment if requirements are not met or if prior balances remain unpaid.

2. Fees and Payment

  • All course fees must be paid in advance unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made via [bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment platforms — specify].
  • Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except in cases of cancellation by us.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to classes.

3. Course Delivery

  • All sessions are delivered live online via secure platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent.
  • Modes of learning include:
  • Private Tutoring – Fully personalized lessons tailored to the child’s pace and needs.
  • Small Group Classes – Limited-size groups encouraging peer learning, teamwork, and interaction.
  • We reserve the right to adjust session timing, instructors, or group sizes when necessary for effective learning.

4. Attendance and Missed Sessions

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s attendance, punctuality, and readiness (device, internet, and materials).
  • Missed classes are non-refundable. However, make-up sessions may be provided at our discretion depending on availability.
  • If we cancel a session due to technical or instructor reasons, a replacement session will be arranged at no additional cost.

5. Student Code of Conduct

  • Students must treat instructors and peers with respect at all times.
  • Use of inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or misconduct during sessions may result in removal without refund.
  • Students should attend classes in a distraction-free environment, free from background noise and unrelated devices.

6. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All learning resources, worksheets, presentations, and recordings provided remain the property of Prof. Piru.
  • Materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
  • Projects created by students during lessons remain their intellectual property; however, we may request consent to showcase them (with parental approval).

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Personal details of parents and children will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
  • Sessions may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and student review purposes. These recordings will not be publicly shared without parental consent.
  • Any photos, videos, or student work used for promotional purposes will require explicit parental approval.

8. Technology Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Parents must ensure students have access to a working computer or tablet, a stable internet connection, a microphone, and (if required) a webcam.
  • Prof. Piru is not responsible for missed classes due to poor connectivity, hardware/software issues, or other technical failures at the student’s end.

9. Safety and Supervision

  • While our classes are child-friendly and safe, we recommend parental supervision for younger learners during online sessions.
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of technology, internet access outside of scheduled sessions, or activities beyond our teaching scope.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the program begins, except in the event of cancellation by Prof. Piru.
  • Parents may request withdrawal from a course with written notice. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected families will be informed promptly and offered alternatives.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Prof. Piru will make all reasonable efforts to ensure high-quality teaching and safe online environments.
  • We are not liable for interruptions, technical failures, or outcomes beyond our control.
  • Participation in our courses is at the parent/guardian’s own risk, and we are not liable for indirect damages (such as academic outcomes, missed opportunities, or external events).

12. Agreement

By registering your child in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
