Returns and Refunds Policy

At Prof. Piru, we strive to deliver high-quality, engaging, and valuable learning experiences for every child. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have outlined our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Course Fees

  • All course fees must be paid in advance to confirm enrollment.
  • Fees cover access to live sessions, learning materials, and tutor support as described in the program outline.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
  • Before the Course Begins: A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • After Enrollment but Before First Class: If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the course starts but before attending any class, a partial refund (75%) will be issued.
  • After the Course Has Started: Fees are generally non-refundable once the course has begun, except in cases of:
  • Course cancellation by Prof. Piru.
  • Serious technical or scheduling issues that prevent participation and cannot be resolved.

3. Missed or Rescheduled Classes

  • Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to student absence
  • Where possible, we may offer a make-up session or provide additional resources at our discretion.
  • If a class is canceled or rescheduled by us and no alternative is available, a pro-rated refund will be offered.

4. Payment Methods and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or online payment).
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for trial sessions, workshops, or short-term programs are non-refundable unless canceled by us.
  • Any materials, e-books, or resources once delivered are non-returnable.
